If you’ve been following me for a while you know that celery juice is a MUST for me. I always have it post workout in the mornings and sometimes throughout the day. While you might not loveeee the flavor, it has SO many benefits. It’s best to drink up to 16 ounces of celery juice daily. While there’s no perfect time to drink it, I prefer on an empty stomach. Because the juice only contains one ingredient, it’s so easy to make at home! Add a bunch of celery through a juicer or if you don’t have a juicer, throw it up in a high-speed blender and strain out the pulp.
